There are already plenty that are pretty rough – you don’t want to scare people out of traveling! At least have just one that simply says, “Hey, if you act like a shmuck, we’re not saving your ass, so DON’T”.

Should be more violent, maybe use a shock tactic, execution, like in that anti-drug smuggling ad.
